                石油工業開采、煉制、貯存、運輸過程都不可避免產生大量油水混合物,從環境角度和能源利用角度都要求對油水混合物進行有效的分離。膜法油水分離的特點在于:

                可根據混合體系性質合理選擇不同孔徑、材料的多孔膜,分離過程無相變發生。

                無需藥劑的投加,避免二次污染的產生。

                操作成本低,能耗少。

                分離效率高。氮化物陶瓷膜作為一種非常穩定的高強度材料,應用于油水分離過程可以有更長的使用壽命。將陶瓷膜引入油水分離領域將會獲得更好的效益。

                氮化物陶瓷膜的制備

                相轉化流延工藝是一種新穎的陶瓷膜成型技術,此方法可以制備出強度高、通量好的非對稱陶瓷膜。本實驗室使用此方法制備陶瓷膜多年,通過調節制備過程中的實驗條件(漿料固含量、粉體顆粒大小、燒結溫度等),可以調控陶瓷膜產品的性能,針對不同顆粒度的油水混合物,選用不同孔徑的陶瓷膜。

                含油廢水的處理

                廢水處理是一種保護環境的必要工藝,含油廢水中的油處于乳化狀態,油顆粒較小,分析其中油顆粒的大小,然后選擇適用孔徑的陶瓷膜材料進行分離。

                油的回收

                油田中經過重力法分離后的廢水中,仍然含有大約3-5%的油,這部分油處于分散態或者乳化態,使用疏水陶瓷膜,可以將其中的大部分分散油重新回收,降低環境污染的同時可以提高油的產率。

                含水油的提純

                油的提純時提高其能效的一種方法,陶瓷膜分離法可以將含水油中的一些水滴分離出去,提高油的純度。

                陶瓷膜組件的原位組裝

                陶瓷膜的應用需要把陶瓷膜組裝成膜組件,而由于陶瓷的特性,要提高使用壽命,通過改進成型工藝,能夠原位組裝成膜組件。

                陶瓷膜材料具有很好的化學穩定性和熱穩定性,可以抵抗苛刻的化學環境,其中的氮化物陶瓷是陶瓷材料的佼佼者,具有更好機械強度和化學穩定性。在應用于油水分離中可以具有更長的使用壽命。本項目組從事氮化物陶瓷膜制備多年,可以熟練調控其孔徑條件,應用于不同顆粒度的油水混合物。

                本項目創新性地制備了非常穩定的無機疏水陶瓷膜,性能優異,可以進行油的回收和提純。

                A large number of oil-water mixtures are inevitably produced in the process of exploitation, refining, storage and transportation in the oil industry. From the point of view of environment and energy utilization, the oil-water mixture is required to be separated effectively. The characteristics of oil-water separation membrane method are as follows:

                According to the properties of the mixed system, the porous membrane with different pore size and material can be selected reasonably, and no phase transition occurs in the separation process.

                There is no need for the dosage of the agent to avoid the production of secondary pollution.

                The operation cost is low and the energy consumption is low.

                The separation efficiency is high. As a very stable and high strength material, nitride ceramic membrane has a longer service life in the process of oil-water separation. Better benefits will be obtained by applying ceramic membranes into the field of oil-water separation.

                Preparation of nitride ceramic membranes.

                Phase transformation casting process is a novel ceramic membranes forming technology, which can make asymmetric ceramic membranes with high strength and good flux. This method has been used in our laboratory for many years to make ceramic membranes. By adjusting the experimental conditions (slurry solid content, particle size, sintering temperature, etc.) in the preparation process, the properties of ceramic membrane products can be controlled. Ceramic membranes with different pore sizes can be selected for oil-water mixtures with different particle sizes.

                Treatment of oil-bearing wastewater.

                Wastewater treatment is a necessary process to protect the environment. The oil in oil-bearing wastewater is emulsified and the oil particles are small. The size of oil particles is analyzed, and then the ceramic membrane material suitable for pore size is selected for separation.

                Recovery of oil.

                The wastewater after gravity separation still contains about 3-5% oil, which is in the dispersed or emulsified state. Using hydrophobic ceramic membrane, and most of the dispersed oil can be recovered, which can reduce the environmental pollution and increase the oil production.

                Purification of water-bearing oil.

                A method to improve the energy efficiency of oil purification. Ceramic membrane separation method can separate some water droplets from the water-bearing oil and improve the purity of the oil.

                In situ assembly of ceramic membrane modules.

                The application of ceramic membrane needs to assemble ceramic membrane into membrane module, because of the characteristics of ceramic, in order to improve the service life, the membrane module can be assembled in situ by improving the molding method.

                Ceramic membrane materials have good chemical stability and thermal stability, and can resist harsh chemical environment. Among all ceramic materials, the nitride ceramics are the best, with better mechanical strength and chemical stability. It have a longer service life in oil-water separation. The project team has been engaged in the preparation of nitride ceramic membrane for many years, and can skillfully control its pore size conditions and apply it to oil-water mixtures with different particle sizes.

                In this project, a very stable inorganic hydrophobic ceramic membrane was prepared innovatively, which has excellent properties and can be used for oil recovery and purification.
